Educational Center Management System (ECMS)

ECMS brings the daily administrative and financial work of an educational center into one desktop application. It supports multiple branches in online and offline setups, covering student records, classes, staff, payments, and reporting.

My role

As a co-founder and software engineer at Aria Soft, I developed ECMS from the ground up to manage student records, finances, and scheduling. I also helped release updates, troubleshoot issues, and improve the product's performance.

Academic and financial management

• Organize academic years, semesters and groups, classes, teachers, and student enrollment.
• Track student payments and outstanding balances, as well as the center's income, expenses, and reports.
• Manage employee salaries and payments, with fixed-salary or share-based arrangements for teachers.
• Manage branches, user permissions, and staff positions, with backup functionality for the center's data.

Student identity and attendance

• Capture student photographs with a webcam or a phone connected over Wi-Fi.
• Print student cards using 10 available card formats.
• Record biometric attendance through compatible ZKTeco fingerprint devices.
• Prepare student lists for Aria OMR, also known as SEMS.

Technology

I built ECMS with C#, WPF, and the MVVM pattern. It uses SQL Server and stored procedures for its database operations.
